IMPORTANT INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS

*Camp documents may only be completed by a camper's PARENT / GUARDIAN.  The camp documents require electronic signatures, and therefore, MUST be completed by an individual who is legally authorized to sign.

PLEASE VERY CAREFULLY complete the electronic documents -- paying special attention to whose name is being requested in a particular field.  Please be aware that any errors will need to be manually corrected and mailed back via U.S. Mail -- delaying processing of your camper's spot in camp.

After camp documents are electronically submitted, a PDF copy of the completed materials will be available for download for your records.

Camp staff will review the documents for accuracy and completion. You may be contacted to make corrections, etc.

If there is an open registration spot, camp staff will email a payment link.  Payment is due within 48 hours of receipt of the payment link.  If you have more than one child applying for sailing camp, you may pay for multiple children with a single electronic payment.  THE CAMP FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER MAY 1, 2026.
